For this year’s #12DaysofChristmas, I’m focusing on ease. Not only for me, but for you. The holidays are blissful and hectic at the same time. They’re blectic. For this reason, I wanted to deliver twelve stress-free recipes that you can make in less than 30 minutes that taste and look like they took twice as much time, if not more. These easy cranberry meatballs are almost embarrassingly simple to make and honestly, who doesn’t like a cocktail meatball? (Vegetarians, I know–but still, they’re addictively delicious to the rest of us.)
These Easy Cranberry Meatballs are as simple to make as opening cans and jars and dumping everything into a saucepan and warming it to a lovely simmer. A jar of chili sauce, a can of cranberries and a bag of meatballs later, you’ve got yourself a delicious and festive appetizer. Sure, you could make your own meatballs and cranberry sauce, but that would negate that easy theme I’m going for. One thing to remember is that these need to be served hot. That shouldn’t be too big of a problem as it’s my experience that they go fast.
