  • 1/2 cup seafood boil
  • 4 pounds headless shrimp in shell
  • 1 pound smoked sausage cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 ears of corn cut in half
  • 10-12 small new potatoes
  • cocktail sauce


  1. Fill a large stockpot with water.
  2. Add seafood boil and bring water to a boil.
  3. Add potatoes and corn.
  4. Boil 10 minutes until potatoes are almost tender.
  5. Add sausage and boil 5 minutes.
  6. Add shrimp and cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes until curled and pink.
  7. Drain and serve immediately.
