Christmas Brownies

These Christmas Brownies are cookie dough on bottom, Oreo in the middle, and brownie on top. So in other words, awesome.

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate chip cookie dough plus ingredients to make the dough
  • 1 box mint Oreo cookies
  • 1 box holiday red Oreo cookies
  • 1 box brownie mix plus whatever extra ingredients the mix calls for

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a 13X9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. Spread cookie dough in an even layer on the bottom. Top with Oreos in an even layer, alternating red and green.
  3. Mix brownie batter according to package instructions; spread on top.
  4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes before cutting into even squares.
