cup
seafood boil
4
pounds
headless shrimp
in shell
1
pound
smoked sausage
cut into 2-inch pieces
4
ears of corn
cut in half
10-12
small new potatoes
cocktail sauce
Instructions
Fill a large stockpot with water.
Add seafood boil and bring water to a boil.
Add potatoes and corn.
Boil 10 minutes until potatoes are almost tender.
Add sausage and boil 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes until curled and pink.
Drain and serve immediately.
