- 4 cups cream soda
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 ounces butterscotch schnapps
- Whipped cream
- cinnamon and/or nutmeg (optional)
- Place cream soda in a medium saucepan and heat to a light boil.
- Add the butter to the saucepan and stir until it is melted.
- Pour into 4 cups and top with a shot of schnapps.
- Stir and top with whipped cream and cinnamon and/or nutmeg, if using.
